2. Art:
   1. Color something with one or more of the following colors: Colors with warmth.
   2. Make wreath.
   3. Learn about the wavelength of colors.
   4. Make a bead necklace where every fourth, fifth, or sixth bead is the same color.
   5. Draw pictures of things you should do on the Sabbath Day.
3. Body:
   1. Use a washcloth and take a bath.
   2. Learn about your birth.
   3. Health, mouth, teeth, tooth.
   4. What heighth are you?
   5. Exercise to build your strength.
4. Food:
   1. Eat healthy foods.
